Welcome to Gemini Plastics, Inc. located at 1997 S Broadway St, De Pere, WI. These terms of service ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Gemini Plastics, Inc. ("we" or "us") governing your access to and use of the services offered by Gemini Plastics, Inc. ("Services").
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
Description of Services
Gemini Plastics, Inc. offers a variety of services related to plastic fabrication, manufacturing, and distribution. These services may include, but are not limited to, the production of custom plastic parts, the sale of plastic materials, and consulting services related to plastic fabrication.
Use of Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are solely responsible for any content or information that you upload or transmit through the Services. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
Gemini Express
If you have already placed an order and wish to expedite the lead time; please contact us with your order number so we can look into your request. Post-order expedites cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Shipping costs are not included in any expedite fee. Please specify your preferred expedited shipping method. Delivery days are quoted in weekdays/business days. 21 business day delivery is standard delivery with readily available or stock materials. Delivery timeframe may be longer based on material availability.
Payment Terms: 1/2% 10 days NET 30

The Services, including all content, text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of Gemini Plastics, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from the Services without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warrenties
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content provided through the Services will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gemini Plastics, Inc. or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gemini Plastics, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gemini Plastics, Inc. with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
